In loving memory of Victor E. Kolk Jr, 57, of New Windsor MD, died Wednesday, March 11th, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Born June 28,1968 in Baltimore MD, he was the son of the late Linda A Kolk and Victor E Kolk Sr.

Victor was a business owner for over 30 years (Dads Trucking). Victor loved spending time with his family. He loved the beach and water. He enjoyed helping at New Windsor Fire Department Aux. He was a volunteer fire fighter at Jacksonville Fire department. He loved making people laugh, dancing and had a great sense of humor. He was a dedicated Ravens and Orioles fan.

Surviving is his loving wife Tressa Kolk of 35 years. His two sons are Dylan M. Kolk and significant other Becca Kennelly, Austin R Kolk and wife Kirsten Kolk. His daughter Aeimaelesia Branham and husband Joshua Branham. Three grandchildren Emma, Bailey, and Grayson. Siblings Micheal Kolk, Korina Thibault (Thomas Thibault), Kimberly Phelps (Michael Phelps), and James Kolk. An Uncle to Thomas, Candice, John, Tyler, Jaylah, and Noah.

The Family will receive friends on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM with a Celebration of Life service at 8 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory 1212 West Old Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784 (beside South Carroll High School).
