The son of the late Louis Spencer Riddle and late Mary Lou (Ashley) Riddle.
Spencer was a self Employed Carpenter. He lived in Oregon for 23 years
Surviving are his Sister and Brother-in-law Sharon L. and Nicholas R. DeCesare of New Windsor.
Uncle Walter Riddle, Jr., Cousins: Beth Bogat, Walter Riddle, III and Robert Riddle.
A Gathering will be held Sunday 5 to 7 PM Followed by Catholic Prayers at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784. Inurnment to be held Monday, February 24, 2014 11 AM at Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD
