Sharon Ann Binder

Sharon Ann Binder passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by family on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Born August 16, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Carroll L. Huber and Patricia A. Huber, devoted mother of Anna P. McNaboe (Patrick) and Maria R. Linn (Josh), and adored grandmother of Norah and Brody McNaboe and Chloe Linn. Sharon will be greatly missed by her sisters and brothers Susan Smith, Sandy Huber, Terry Phillips (Ray), Denise Goss (Dennis), Craig Huber (Pat), and Mark Huber (Melissa), and her nephews and nieces, Jeff Smith (Diane), Matt Felty (Julie), Keri, Randy (Kelly) and Brian (Lyndsay) Phillips, Trevor (Matt) and Megan (Ryan) Goss, Loree and Clint Huber, and Amy (Jeremy), Erin, and Ben Huber, and nine great-nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her uncle, Walter Huber, and aunt, Marlene Doroff (Bob), and many cousins.

After working many years at the Elkridge Furnace Inn, Sharon left to do the thing she loved most, caring for her grandchildren. In her earlier years, Sharon was a stay-at-home mom and helped care for her nieces and nephews. She was always there for the children. She was a very artistic and creative person who loved reading, cooking, crafting, sewing, genealogy and word games. Sharon most enjoyed her time with her family.
