Robert “Bobby” Edward Burdette, Jr., 60 of Westminster, MD
Passed Sunday, January 1, 2017 at home after a long battle with cancer.
He was born August 19, 1956 in Gettysburg, PA the son of the late Robert E. Burdette, Sr. and the late June C. (Sanders) Burdette.
He was retired from Showcase Paint and Auto Repair as a welder. Mr. Burdette served in the US Army, was a member of Westminster American Legion Post 31 , the Westminster Moose and Westminster Fraternal Order of Eagles. He loved to travel and have a good time. He was a car enthusiast.
Beloved father of Kara and husband Andy Hubble of Monrovia and the late Robert E. Burdette, III.
Loving brother of Michael A. and wife Tammy Burdette of Westminster, Susan and husband Tim Zepp of Westminster, Jeff and wife Pam Burdette of Woodbine and Billy Burdette of Mt. Airy. Dear grandfather of Dillon Mentzer and Reagan Hubble.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January, 5, 2017 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 where Funeral Services will be held 11 AM on Friday, January 6, 2017. Interment Ebenezer Cemetery.
