He was a Bus Driver for the MTA and later a Shuttle Bus driver for the Comfort Inn at BWI. He was a veteran of the United States Army .
Surviving are Son: Richard Kevin Tolbert of Delray Beach, FL Daughter: Karen Michelle Shelton of Mt. Airy, Son Scott Michael Tolbert of Frickenhauhsen, Germany, Sister Virginia Lee Wilkins of Baltimore, Sister Bernice Reinl of Appleton, Wisconsin and 4 Grandchildren.
