Myra Virginia Davis (nee Porter ), age 90, of Mt. Airy, MD, died Friday, July 25, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Westminster, MD.
She was born May 2, 1924 in Maryland the daughter of the late Ollie Porter and late Mamie Green Porter.
She is a homemaker. She was the member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Mt. Airy, MD. She worked for Geico Insurance Company for 20 years.
She was the wife of the late Gordon S. Davis.
She was the mother of Paul J. Davis and his wife Deborah and family, and the late Andrew Davis.
She was the grandmother of Paul J. Davis, Jr., Abby Davis and Wendy Rosenberger.
Great grandmother of Emma N. Davis and Katie N. Rosenberger.
Sister of Jane Gartrell and preceded in death by sisters and brothers.
