Maria Angeles Bocanegra Rabor

Maria Angeles Bocanegra Rabor, 85, of Westminster, MD passed away peacefully in her sleep on the morning of August 28, 2026, at Sun Valley Assisted Living in Westminster. Maria was born on November 15,1940 in Bias, Philippines. She was the daughter of the late Eduardo and Honoria Bocanegra and the devoted wife of the late Valfredo Rabor.

Maria enjoyed being in her garden. She took pride in nurturing her beautiful tropical garden in her home in Dumaguete. Her other hobbies included playing mahjong with her family and friends. She had multiple "quorums" and would play mahjong until the wee hours of the morning!

Surviving are her children, Lina Rabor, Alessandra "Didi" Rabor Concon and husband Cedric Concon, and Joseph Rabor, grandchildren Chase, Colby, Cailah, Taylor, Trent, and Tristen.

She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Christine Rabor, grandson Colin Rabor Concon, sister Francisca Bernardez and brother Constantino Bocanegra.

The family will receive friends on Saturday September 26, 2026, 11:30 am-12:00 pm at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, 1212 West Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 with a Celebration of Life ceremony starting at 12pm. Interment will be private.
