Margaret Ann Green (nee Nickoles), age 84, of Sykesville, MD, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD.
She was born July 24, 1940, in Baltimore, MD., the daughter of the late Joseph Nickoles and the late Bessie Nickoles (nee Shipley).
She was an activities director at nursing homes; and she enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family.
She was the mother of Kenny Green, Jr and wife Tracie and Melinda Smith and husband Mike; loving grandmother of Brittany Hussle and husband Kevin, Kevin Lathe and wife Sarah, Melissa Carroll and husband Andrew, and Mackenzie Smith and fiancé Jeremy Dietrich; great grandmother of Charotte Hussle, Josie Hussle, Easton Carroll, and Noah Lathe; she was predeceased by eleven siblings.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School) on Monday from 6:00 PM -8:00 PM.
Funeral Liturgy (MASS) will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9531 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133, with Fr. Raymond Harris officiating.
Interment will be in the Holy Family Church Cemetery.
