Mabel Harrison

Mabel E. (Barnhart) Harrison, 88, of Baltimore, MD, died Sunday September 30, 2012 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. She was the spouse of the late Sterling E. Harrison. She was born November 13, 1923 in Fulton County, PA the daughter of the late Elwood Barnhart and the late Hester (Hornbaker) Barnhart. She was a Receptionist for Circular Advertising. Surviving are Son and Daughter-in-law Kevin and Kathy Harrison of Glen Burnie, Son and Daughter-in-law Michael and Cheryl Harrison of Mt. Airy, Brothers Kenneth Barnhart of Mt. Airy and Ronald Barnhart of Pasadena, Sister Isabelle Payne of Eldersburg, Sister Lolita Renehan of Taneytown. 5 Grandchildren, 8 Great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Preceded in death by Brothers Jobie and Glen Barnhart and Sister Violet Homens. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday October 5, 2012 at 11:30 AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A.; 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 Interment will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery Mt. Airy, MD. The Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday 1 – 4 PM and 6 – 9 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Agnes Hospital, 900 Caton Ave. 21229.
