Leeanna Condon

Leeanna Elizabeth Condon (nee Wright), age 93, of Mt. Airy, died Tuesday January 8, 2008 at Carroll Hospital Center, Westminster, MD. She was born February 12, 1914 in Taylorsville , MD the daughter of the late George Augustus Wright and the late Mary Katherine Wright (nee Reaver). She was a housewife and most important to her was farming and her family. She was the wife of the late Edgar D. Condon, Sr. She was the mother of Edgar D. Condon, Jr. and Agatha Condon both of Mt. Airy , and the late Elizabeth E. Beaty, late Roland E. Condon and the late Harry A. Condon. She was the sister of Minnie Willhide of Manchester . Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 7 brothers, 1 sister, 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road , Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM . Funeral Service will be held Friday January 11, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA with the Rev. O.F. “Bud” Kibbe officiating. Interment will be in Morgan Chapel U.M. Church Cemetery in Woodbine.
