He was born January 21, 1957 in Baltimore, MD the son of John F. Barnard, Sr. and the late Mary Jo VanLeeuwen Carman and the late Joseph Melvin Carman.
He was a custodian at Walmart.
He was the dear brother of Kathy, Jack, Anita, Jim, Billy and Joanna.
