Mrs. Wilson was born May 15, 1963 in Gettysburg, PA the daughter of the late louis Shifflett and Mabel G. Nolte and step-daughter of Paul Nolte of Westminster.
Judy was employed by several hospitals and institutions in the local area, such as Carroll Hospital and Carroll Lutheran Village. Hobbies included collecting antique furniture and taking care of her pets.
She is survived by daughter and only child, Lisa Faye Haines and husband Marlin Williams of Westminster. Former wife of Leroy Haines of Hanover Dear sister of Charlotte Williams of Wisconsin and Louie Shifflett, Jr. of Gettysburg. Loving grandmother of Brandon Lee Haines, Athena M. Williams and Marquis A. Williams
