Jeffrey Allen Burgess, born September 10, 1955 at Frederick Memorial Hospital, passed away Wednesday, October 23,2013 at 7:40am at Dove Hospice Care in Westminster, MD.
The son of Charles E Luby, Sr (deceased) and Beulah A Luby (Burgess)of Germantown,MD.
Brother of: Sylvia Smith (deceased), Theresa & Bruce Dawson of Germantown, MD, Charles E Luby Jr of New Windsor,MD, Stanford Luby of Westminster, MD, Wayne & Kathy Luby of Westminster, MD, John & Michelle Luby of Germantown, MD and long time companion, Shirley Smith of Columbia, MD and a host of nieces, nephews ,family and friends.
Jeff attended South Carroll HS were he loved to run track and worked varies jobs throughout his life mostly domestic/maintenance jobs. Jeff was a loving and caring person who was liked by those who knew him.
As his days grew short on this earth he accepted God and made his peace. The family will miss but never forget you.
The funeral services are being held at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA in Winfield, MD, Viewing from 10am to 12:00 noon with funeral services beginning at 12 noon, on Monday October 28, 2013 with the Pastor Ernest Thomas.
Private Interment.
