Jayne Ann Lee Gonsalves, 65, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026.
Born on July 5, 1961, in Baltimore, Maryland, Jayne was the beloved daughter of the late Polly Ann Lee and the late Gary Lee.
Jayne lived a life centered on love, compassion, and unwavering faith. She had a special place in her heart for animals—especially cats—but extended that same kindness to all living things. She found joy in baking, and nothing meant more to her than spending time with her family and friends. Jayne will always be remembered as a fiercely loyal and supportive person who consistently put others before herself. Her generosity knew no bounds, and she would do anything for those she loved. Deep in her faith, she loved God and found purpose in sharing His word with others.
She was a graduate of South Carroll High School and dedicated her career to caring for others as a nursing assistant for both an OBGYN and a dermatologist. Jayne truly loved her patients, and that love was returned to her in abundance.
Jayne is survived by her loving children, Kristi Lynn Thomas-Fritz and Christopher Gonsalves; and her cherished grandchildren, Jayden Pahl, Kaylen Pahl, Aleyah Ballard, Brooklynn Fritz, Declan Gonsalves, Trip Gonsalves, and August Gonsalves.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Kelley Lee Thomas.
