Henry Dent Willis, age 73, of Sykesville, Died Friday February 4, 2005 at his home.
He was born June 5, 1931 in Richmond , VA. , the son of the late Rev. Henry Leslie Willis and the late Jovotte Dent Willis.
He was a Claims Adjuster/Supervisor for various Insurance Companies. He loved to hunt, fish and read and bird watching. He was a member of the National Rife Association. He served in the Navy from 6/18/48-8/17/50.
Beloved husband of Betsy Gay Willis married for 52 years
Devoted father of Valerie L. Wilhite of Albuquerque , New Mexico , Henry G. Willis of Canton , Georgia , and Guy David Willis of Navarre , FL.
Brother of Barbara Ann Murphy of Burgaw , NC .
Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road , Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Monday from 7-9 PM and Tuesday from 12:30-1:30 PM.
