She was born March 15, 1948 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late Harry Blacher and the late Sadie Pechersky Blacher.
She was the wife of the late Clarence J. “Jerry” Smith for 50 years.
She was the mother of Shari Fiorino and husband Tony and Ryan Smith and wife Amy.
She was the grandmother of- Tony and wife Ashleigh, Dominic, Chris, Brianna and Nathan.
