Edward Debus
August 1, 1922 — October 15, 2015
Edward A. DeBus, age 93, of Hebbville, died Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Sinai Hospital. Born August 1, 1922 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Adam and Emily DeBus. He was the husband of Rita Karen DeBus of Pikesville. Mr. DeBus was loving father to his son Edward DeBus and companion Catherine Myers and his daughters Linda DeBus, Denise Clifford and husband Bill Clifford and Diane DeBus and companion Steve Sober. In addition, Mr. DeBus is survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two great nephews.
Mr. DeBus served in 94th Infantry Division during WWII. He was a retired locomotive engineer having worked first for the Western Maryland Railway and then the Patapsco & Back River Railroad at the Sparrows Point Steel Plant. Mr. DeBus was predeceased by sisters Catherine Shivers and Ruth “Janie” Brunson and brother Lee DeBus.
