David Eugene Herndon of Westminster, MD passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022. He was the husband of Barbara (nee Kalikow Regen).
David was born on January 27, 1940, in Washington, D.C., son of Floyd and Lillian (nee Browne) Herndon and was a graduate of George Washington University.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara, daughter Wendy Hess, Daughter Debra Toole, son Glenn Herndon, stepdaughter Marnie Regen, stepdaughter Jennifer Rial, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
