David Griffith

David Charles Griffith, 75 of Granite, MD died February 25, 2005 at his home. He was the spouse of Betty Mae Williamson Griffith . He was born December 14, 1929 in Baltimore , MD the son of the late Charles H. Griffith and late Anna Mallonee Griffith. He was retired from the state of MD where he was a Budget Officer. Mr. Griffith received 2 Bachelors Degrees from the University of Baltimore . He served in the US Navy on a submarine out of New London during the Korean War. He enjoyed Fishing.
Surviving in addition to his wife are son and daughter-in-law: Earl D. and Tammy Griffith of Granite, son and daughter-in-law Mark and Linda Griffith of Delta, PA, Son and daughter-in-law Dale C and Susan Griffith of Hanover , PA
Grandchildren; Angela Monroe Griffith, Dawn, Amber, and Logan Griffith . Great-grandson: Shane Monroe
Memorial Services will be conducted at Granite Presbyterian Church, 10637 Old Court Rd. Woodstock , MD 21163. On Thursday March 3, 2005 10 AM with the Rev. Jan Trammell-Savin Officiating. Inurnment will be in the church Cemetery.
The Family will receive friends at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday March 2, 2004 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
