Charlotte B. McGinnis (nee Brenner), age 92, of Windsor Mill, MD, died Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Lorien Assisted Living in Mt. Airy, MD.
She was born in Baltimore, MD on July 11, 1921 the daughter of the late Jacob Boyd Brenner and the late Ruth Romans Brenner.
She was the wife of the late Robert D. McGinnis, Sr. for 70 years.
She was a member of Mt. Olive U.M. Church in Randallstown, MD. She was a homemaker.
She was the mother of Robert D. McGinnis, Jr. and wife Judy, Richard B. McGinnis, and Paula Toskes and husband Richard; sister of the late Grace Martin, Benjamin Brenner and Evelyn Coughlin. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Tuesday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM; where Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Dr. Mark Johnson of Mt. Olive U.M. Church in Randallstown officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive U.M. Church Cemetery, Randallstown, MD.
