Charles Marshall LePage, “Chuck” passed away peacefully Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Carroll Hospital Center. Chuck was born in Charleston, West Virginia on June 19, 1957 and was placed at the Children’s Home Society of West Virginia by his birthparents and was known as “Baby Boy Perkins” until he was adopted by Charles Franklin LePage (Frank) and Nancy Lee Reese LePage when he was 6 months old.

Chuck was a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. He lived a life of always wanting to do better but had many struggles along the way due to the many health issues he dealt with. Chuck had lived in Kansas City until 2017 when he moved to Maryland to help care for his ill father after his wife Jane passed away.

Chuck became friends with the friends of his fathers who basically adopted him as “Frank’s Replacement”. His best friends since moving here were Pam Adams, Chris Gunther and David Graumann. Chuck loved to go to Merritt’s warm water pool during the week and go to breakfast or coffee with the guys at the gym afterwards and going out to dinner on Fridays with the pool crew.

Chuck was best known for showing up an hour early for events and sitting in the parking lot waiting on the activity to begin. Chuck enjoyed his amateur ham radios, playing on his keyboards, and buying items from Amazon.

Chuck was married 3 times. First to Barbara Ruth Lepage for 5 years (divorced), then to Jacqueline Adams LePage for 10 years (divorced), then to Jane Marie White Hecht LePage for 15 years (widowed).

Chuck was predeceased by his parents Charles Franklin and Nancy Lee Reese LePage and his wife Jane Marie LePage. He was survived by his sister Nancy LePage Brightbill and husband Lon, nephews Zachary, Cody and Griffin Brightbill, and his twin sons Marshall and Michael West.

Chuck requested no service or burial be held. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 3rd. Location will be announced at a later date. Donations in memory of Chuck may be sent to the American Heart Association or the ASPCA Foundation in memory of “GUS”.
