Charles D. "Buddy" Grimes

Charles Dennis “Buddy” Grimes, 71 of Union Bridge, MD passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Buddy was the devoted husband of the late Pamela L. Grimes (nee Lippmann).

Born April 22, 1955, in Randallstown, MD the son of the late Frank Grimes, Sr. and the late Teresa Grimes (nee Nickoles).

Buddy was an electrician for many years and after retiring enjoyed spending time with his wife Pam at their cabin in West Virginia. He could often be found working on Sudoko puzzles on his back porch.

He is survived by his stepdaughter Kimberly L and husband Sean Beckman of York, PA, stepson Gary M. and wife Courtney Masimore of Richmond, VA. Dearest grandfather of Emily, Ethan and Gage Beckman, Olivia and Holland Masimore.

Buddy was predeceased by his Frank Grimes Jr and William Grimes

A Celebration of Buddy’s Life will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 12pm at Union Bridge Fire Company 8 W. Locust St. Union Bridge, MD 21791
