Cecelia Diane Fischer

Cecelia Diane Fischer (nee Kulikosky), 78 of Westminster, MD passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

She was the beloved wife of Melvin Fischer of 59 years.

Born May 3, 1947, in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Edward Kulikosky and the late Cecelia Kulikosky (nee Kramer).

Diane was a member of the South Carroll Lioness-Lions Club Sykesville, MD 22-W. She loved to travel with her husband.

Surviving in addition to her husband is her son Brian Fischer & his wife Melanie; and sibling Laura Barnes and Stanley Kulikosky.

A gathering will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 1-4 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784 (beside South Carroll High School).

Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 11 AM at Messiah Lutheran Church 5600 Old Washington Road Sykesville, Maryland 21784.
